This position is part of our College Hire Program. This is a leadership position opportunity for 2010/2011 graduates who have good communication, analytical skills, proactive thinkers and are successful team players.
Job Description: Small-to-medium-size project & order management coordination for the Mid Markets sales segment. Assists in overseeing the tasks associated with multiple projects including the managing of deadlines, scheduling resources and ensuring on-time performance. Must be able to analyze, communicate and resolve issues identified during the implementation project process. Will prepare weekly reports regarding status of projects and publish to all key-stakeholders. Will coordinate project activities, interdependencies and ensure appropriate project information is communicated to all responsible parties. Will interface with departmental leadership (and escalate when needed) to track, clear issues and deliver service accurately and on-time.
Responsibilities include but not limited to: • Solution coordination • Project plan ‘lite' documentation • Scheduling/sequencing • Proactive milestone tracking /statusing • Expedites/escalations • Proactive client communications • Coordination of discos • WIP tracking/expedites/escalations • Resolve scheduling issues • Single interface into service delivery
Qualifications: Required Qualifications:
4 Year College Degree
Knowledge of Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Strong communication, problem solving, decision-making and negotiating skills
Ability to work autonomously and have a high energy level to motivate a team
Ability to plan/organize work on projects and influence/persuade others
