Working as an Associate Inventory Administrator, you will schedule and coordinate the efficient distribution of products in order to satisfy customer demands. You will be responsible for receiving, stocking and tagging newly acquired equipment, hardware and supplies. You will also be responsible for shipping and delivering hardware, supplies and equipment to customers and vendors and will work with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and accuracy of shipment.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Work on problems of limited scope and be required to follow standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained
- Follow detailed instructions received on all work
- Reports into a first or second Level Manager
- Utilize MS Office products, specifically MS Excel and MS Word
- Utilize CMR applications such as SAP
This position may be responsible for contributing to AT&T's compliance with environmental laws and regulations as applicable to its job function. This may include, but is not limited to, work related to fuel tanks, emergency and stand-by generators, boilers, hazardous waste, hazardous materials, batteries, manholes and vaults, water wells, linear and other construction projects, water discharge, or air emissions.
