AT&T Hosting & Application Services is currently seeking a talented, highly professional individual to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess 5 years experience deploying and troubleshooting complex hosted SharePoint and Windows solutions in a high profile multi-client environment.

As a SharePoint Administrator / Systems Engineer, this individual acts as a member of multiple project teams focused on delivering and migrating complex systems into AT&T's world class hosted infrastructure for our Fortune 500 customers. The successful engineer will play an integral role in designing and delivering enterprise SharePoint solutions for our customers. This individual will also contribute in the research and development of our service offerings surrounding SharePoint 2010 as well as evaluating complementary products such as migration and administrative tools.

Responsible for translating business needs into technical solutions, and defining solutions to problems through reasoned application of information technology. Designs, develops, documents and analyzes overall architecture of systems, including hardware and software. Determines integrated hardware and software architecture solutions that meet performance, usability, scalability, reliability, and security needs. Coordinates design and integration of total system including subsystems. Researches and recommends technology to improve the current systems.

This position may be responsible for contributing to AT&T�s compliance with environmental laws and regulations as applicable to its job function. This may include, but is not limited to, work related to fuel tanks, emergency and stand-by generators, boilers, hazardous waste, hazardous materials, batteries, manholes and vaults, water wells, linear and other construction projects, water discharge, or air emissions.

The preferred locations for this position are: Atlanta, GA; Annapolis, MD; Columbus, OH; Dallas, TX; or Raleigh, NC. Candidates who are qualified and reside in other locations or Telecommuters may be considered for this position.

Qualifications:
Required Experience/Skills:

• 8-10 years related technical architect experience.
• 5 years experience implementing and troubleshooting complex hosted SharePoint and Windows solutions in a high profile multi-client environment.
• Experience consulting and solutioning complex SharePoint and Windows environments
• Experience implementing, configuring, and supporting multiple Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 solutions
• Experience provisioning and supporting Microsoft Windows 2008 server environments
• Experience configuring and supporting web applications in Internet Information Services (IIS) 6.0/7.0
• Experience administering databases in Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008
• Deep understanding of networking to support effective coordination with AT&T's dedicated networking teams
• Require excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Require excellent customer facing skills
• Proficient in Network Management, Tools and Protocols (Configuration, IP Network Address Management, Performance Management).
• Knowledge of data center infrastructure (including blade center design, data warehouse design, Ebusiness/web hosting design, etc.)

Desired Experience/Skills:

• Experience supporting development teams, administering build servers, version control systems, etc.
• Experience designing, implementing, and supporting Active Directory forests
• Experience implementing and supporting both physical and virtual environments
• Experience implementing, configuring, and supporting firewalls and load balancers such as NLB, ISA, F5, Citrix Netscaler, etc.
• Experience in a professional services company supporting external customers
• Familiarity with VBScript and Powershell
• Familiarity with other Microsoft Server Products (e.g. Dynamics, Project Server, Biztalk and Commerce Server)
• Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP)
• AS degree in Engineering, Information Systems or related technical field
• Experience in building multiple versions of large customer facing systems addressing performance and scale.
• Develops technical documentation on applications and systems
• Ability to work with technical and business-oriented teams
• Proficient in data communications protocols (TCP/IP, v4/v6, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, GMPLS, etc.)
