Entry into this title requires Technical Title Plan (TTP) Board Approval. This is a junior level technical position that performs technical project work of a moderate scope within a larger technical project that is within a specific technology discipline. Individuals attaining this technical level will have or be capable of exhibiting contributions in specific technical areas. Their contribution shall be primarily internal to the company. They shall be recognized in the company as a subject matter expert within a specific area. Sr Member of Technical Staff

Selected candidate will explore and develop prototypes and customer facing applications for advanced consumer services. Works with a team of engineers, human factor specialists, and software developers engaged in projects associated with development and operation of hardware and software systems used to deliver advanced consumer services. This position will work with a team in a rapid prototyping and production development environment and develop deliverables that are both self-directed and at the request of product development.

Additional Responsibilities

This position may be responsible for contributing to AT&T's compliance with environmental laws and regulations as applicable to its job function. This may include, but is not limited to, work related to fuel tanks, emergency and stand-by generators, boilers, hazardous waste, hazardous materials, batteries, manholes and vaults, water wells, linear and other construction projects, water discharge, or air emissions.
