Bilingual Information Specialist (Sports Media/Graphics/Web/IT)
Position SUMMARY:
Provide information and referrals via telephone to representatives on any and all aspects of their case(s) in both English and Spanish.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Successful completion of the project and customer service training.
Accurately data enter all work orders into the database, seeing that they are sent properly and forwarding any questionable work orders to the supervisor's attention.
Must meet all performance standards as outlined by the department.
Follow all project procedures verifying that all work orders were sent correctly in accordance with project policy and mail was successfully delivered and sent.
Understanding of the policies, regulations, and the information contained in the database and the Call Center Reference Guide.<
To be able to respond courteously, professionally and efficiently to callers and to effectively relate accurate information.
To participate in on-going customer service training as required.
Performs other duties as assigned by the Project Supervisory/Manager.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma.
Some college or Bachelors Degree desired.
Six months to a year prior experience in an In-bound Call Center required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Speak both Spanish and English fluently.
Previous data entry experience required with a 30-40 wpm typing speed-exhibiting strong spelling skills.
Windows proficiency required.
Demonstration of strong customer service and communication skills.
