Description
The candidate will provide support for a wide variety of tax applications, and be able to address the system and information needs of the Corporate Tax Department. The selected candidate will ultimately be accountable for systems requirements, system configuration, installation, upgrades/enhancements and deployment. This role requires an in-depth focus on all aspects of the project life cycle and the ability to closely partner with Tax business clients to understand their needs and execute on the design, development and implementation of quality ncipal Accountabilities Work effectively as both an individual contributor and as part of a larger team to maintain and implement quality solutions in support of the Corporate Tax function. Must maintain and support multiple P1 applications. Provide support and implement continuous improvements for production Tax applications. This includes implementing Vendor fixes/upgrades, creating and executing test and migration plans, and following change control procedures. Exhibit in-depth analysis skills to troubleshoot issues raised by global user base, evaluate creative options, and implement effective solutions. Multi-task and prioritize to effectively address accountabilities and accomplish assignments. Perform client installs; Participate in disaster recovery documentation/testing; Create/maintain required documentation to achieve 100% SOX and PLM complianceSummaryThe ideal candidate will be able to partner closely with their Tax business partners to ensure their day-to-day needs and issues are being met and resolved; handle the constant stream of vendor packaged software installations/upgrades/troubleshooting; work effectively to address and resolve complex cross-team and cross-functional issues within the larger PepsiCo environment that comprises Tax, BIS (IT) and a multitude of ERP systems (Oracle and SAP).
