About the Opportunity
The Mountain West Oilfield Services, a division of PTI Group USA, LLC, is seeking two qualified Branch Managers to work in their Cheyenne or Casper, WY location and Dickinson, ND locations. These are excellent opportunities for experienced managers to oversee the branch in their designated location.
Specifically, you will:
- Oversee hiring aspects of hiring and development of employees including employee relations, conflict management, performance management, relevant paperwork/timesheets/schedules;
- Handle Customer Request and Complaints;
- Communicate with General Manager on any issues and other management;
- Manage division budgets;
- Complete and Turn in all employee paper work to HR;
- Sign off on PO requests for your division;
- Communicate with dispatch on hours of service and proper dispatch of employees and subs;
- Create proposal letter for any new jobs booked and report weekly jobs booked, quotes initiated, and houses shipped to GM;
- Fill out and send any staffing requisitions to GM for approval;
- Justify and track need for new vehicles or added employees;
- Communicate with DOT supervisor on any issues;
- Communicate with Safety supervisor on any issues;
- Oversee the completion of all jobs in division.
Requirements:
This is an outstanding opportunity for a customer driven individual who has 5 or more years of management experience and knowledge of DOT Regulations (1 year minimal). 3 – 6 years’ experience in a manufacturing, oil & gas, production, over the road, or similar industry is essential, as is proficiency with using Microsoft Word and Excel. Full knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance is essential.
Importantly, the successful candidate will be a highly motivated team player, with strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills. You will have the motivation to work autonomously and be able to troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise. This role requires an individual with strong organizational and analytical skills. You will have strong computer skills with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
