Our client requires the services of a Change Management Specialist with the following:
Develop, publish, implement and control change management processes and controls for all phases of the project
Create, maintain and report on relevant Project Information in manual and electronic files. Project information includes such things as Project functional requirement and technical specifications, traceability Matrix documents, change requests, discrepancy reports, change advisory board agendas and minutes, discrepancy review board agendas and minutes and various other adhoc management reports
Analyze developer requests and create the necessary change requests and/or discrepancies. Create change advisory board schedules, generate and maintain change request and discrepancy reports documentation and agendas, co-ordinate, chair and document minutes for the change advisory board and defect review board meetings;
Maintain (create, submit, obtain approval, assign and close) change requests and implement these changes within the Project functional requirement and technical specifications and traceability Matrix documents to ensure these documents are kept current
Manage requirements baseline and history by recording of all updated functional and technical specifications into the requirements baseline
Utilize Infoman, Rational Clearquest and Requisite Pro for requirements and change management and report preparation and provide administrative and cross team training on these tools
Perform impact change analysis of the Project Functional Requirement and Technical Specification documents to provide Ad hoc support to management and development team on requirement changes, Change Requests and Discrepancies Reports
Generate external documentation (electronically, printed, or on disk) related to the Project Functional Requirements and Technical specifications of the project utilizing Force standard tools such as MS Word, Corel WordPerfect, Adobe PDF and HTML; and
Provide other related Change Management Specialist services
MANDATORY:
Candidates MUST MEET the following mandatory criteria in order to qualify for consideration
60 months within the last 96 months (8yrs) as a change management specialist in a IT environment involved in the planning, development and delivery of technology
24 months applying a change management tool to conduct the work
