Kelly IT Resources has a contract opportunity with a large Biotech client in Carlsbad, CA who is looking for a Agile PLM Software Analyst.
Job description: • Owns and manages all technical responsibilities for Agile PLM software including but not limited to Agile environment support for version 9.3.1.1. Agile Product Collaboration, Agile PPM and Agile Engineering Collaboration. • Complete responsibility of all system administration and configuration activities across all PLM modules • Support and/or guide team through problem definition, issue identification and work plan development using issue based problem solving principles • Provide release management support • Configure and troubleshoot Agile reports • Provide PPM specific support and guidance to R&D Users • Gather and document business and functional requirements • Design and develop key PLM business processes • Perform software and version upgrades • Develop functional and technical specifications • Support development of application and business processes • Configure various Agile software components to meet specifications • Develop and execute test scripts, document outcomes, and perform analyze/fix bugs • Develop data architecture and manage data migration efforts. Define and develop product data standards. • Work with IT functional teams and business to set short term objectives and long term vision • Support business readiness and change management activities prior to go-live
Required skills: • Agile experienced resource needed with at least 5 to 10 years of experience working with PLM Software vendor or consulting organization. • Java development experience and has worked with the Agile SDK specifically dealing with the container that supports Agile and all of the application architecture components (messaging/JMS, EJB's, Oracle application server and/or WebLogic, etc). • Minimum of 2 years experience required working on PLM implementations or within the product development and product commercialization function of a company (preferably Consumer Goods, Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences). • 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: o PLM best practice development and process design in the areas of R&D Project Portfolio Management, New Product Development & Introduction, Product Information Management and/or Compliance o ERP experience, in interfacing Agile with systems like JD Edwards or SAP is desired. o Strong knowledge and understanding of interface design (Agile PIPs) is preferred o CRM experience and knowledge o Oracle PLM Application Design and Configuration with experience in the following modules: o Product Collaboration o Product Cost Management o Product Quality Management o Product Governance & Compliance o Engineering Data Management o Product Portfolio Management o Engineering Collaboration Education: Bachelor's degree - (preferably in Science, Engineering, Math, or Business) About KellY
