Title: Business Analyst Consultant Location: TX-Round Rock The Global Sales Compensation - COIN$ COC team supports our Global Sales Compensation Incentive application, which is based on Oracle Incentive Compensation (OIC) Release 12. As we continue to rollout COIN$ and support the tool globally, we are looking for a business analysts to assist with the following: · Gather, influence and define business and user requirements and translate into system requirements · Assist in developing the appropriate solutions within the system application · Test the implementation of those requirements · Evaluate currently unused features and functions of the tool (COIN$) to determine future usage · Support user requests for data analysis, issue resolution and data integrity · Perform financial analysis to support sales compensation goals · Review, prioritize and recommend business process improvements to solve specific problems or achieve short and long-term business goals and objectives · Assist indeveloping, configuring and maintaining compensation plans and other Oracle Incentive Compensation (OIC) components, including expressions, formulas and metrics definitions in COIN$ · Assist in setting up resource roles and groups in COIN$ · Assist in documenting and performing User Acceptance Testing of system functionality, changes, performance, comp plans, roles and groups · Gather sales rep, sales comp analyst, finance analyst and management reporting requirements and work with the reporting team to implement in MicroStrategy reporting application · RDBMS experience, SQL, and an understanding of enterprise-wide information systems is desired · Experience in Oracle Applications, including CRM, OIC and Discoverer , and Java is a definite plus · Experience with large volumes of data a fplus · Experience with project management a plus · Excellent oral and written communication skills a must · Required key competencies include Customer Focus, Learning On The Fly; Drive for Results; Organizational Agility; Problem Solving; Functional/Technical Skills; Intellectual Horsepower; Business Acumen · Must successfully interact with many different levels of the organization and be a team player · Minimum of Bachelor's Degree with 7-10 years of experience or Master's Degree in Finance,Management Information Systems, Information Technology or related field of study with 3-5 years of experience
