Business Analyst-Facets Application Analyst Dept: Hosting Infrastructure Administration (Facets Product)
- Provide Facets, NetworX, and PDM application support to our hosted customers - Manage a queue of Onyx incidents for application issues on a timely basis following IM 3.0 - Communicate with users to determine exact nature of software related issue - Work with system administrators, network support, DBAs to determine root cause of issues - Identify problem resolutions, create action plans, and implement plans - Provide status to customers and internal coworkers on a timely basis - Provide assistance and back-up as needed - On-call 24x7 rotation responsibilities to resolve Urgent or critical issues
Required Skills: 2 to 5 years related work experience. Bachelors degree Candidates must be analytical, solution-oriented, possess superior communication (both written and verbal) and time-management skills. Strong Technical or Facets knowledge (on-line and batch) Experience in the Healthcare industry.
Preferred Skills: Experience in the IT industry and/or a customer service related role. ? Strong people skills ? Understand code written in the following for troubleshooting purposes: Kornshell, XML, HTTP, SQL ? General knowledge of the PC: Windows environment and applications and utilities such as: FTP, ZIP, Telnet ? Previous experience working with databases ? Embarcadero Rapid SQL, SQL Server ? Must be a team player who can multi-task as well as, self-motivated and self-directed.
