Job Title: Business Systems Consultant

Description:
Consultant will join the Money Movement Solutions Planning and Platform Management team, focused primarily on supporting the following Pipeline Management functions:
1) Maintaining (Money Movement Solutions) MMS Business Vertical Roadmap & representing MMS pipeline and priorities in road mapping meetings.
Gathering information via various channels and maintaining a list of discretionary & mind the store MMS projects. Communicating probability and priority and ensuring project placement within a target release on behalf of MMS Product Managers.
2) Ensuring MMS Project confirmation into release and monitoring resource allocation
Tracking completion of required prerequisites. Attending cross LOB meetings to discuss projects, priority and probability to be included within a particular release. Participating in initial resource engagement discussions with IPM (Internet Portfolio Management).
3) Managing internal Stage Gate process for Mind the Store initiatives
Developing, defining and implementing internal MMS MTS Governance & Approval process. Managing MTS idea to project conversion approvals and communicating the information to IPM team.
4) Facilitating Discretionary Stage Gate process
Maintaining a list of projects, updating target date, current Stage Gate disposition and target Stage Gate meeting information. Communicating Stage Gate milestones, providing agenda information and sharing results and next steps.
