The position is responsible for creating the business and/or functional requirements necessary for creating software products that meet customer needs, expected delivery dates, and exceptional quality standards.
* Support the pre-sales process (sales consultants) – in analyzing development requirements from potential new sales sites * Analysis of new business requirements / strategic road map for client specific enhancements and translation into product-specific designs/ detailed Requirement Definitions/and Use Cases * Support the development team during the software build process (consultancy, documentation review, etc) * Production and review of test plans for new developments / releases/ reports * Production and review of high-level requirements specifications / functional analysis * Functional testing of new developments / releases * Review Product Documentation * Demonstration of new functionality and seeking input on future direction of product (Understand client requirements) * Review User Manuals * Provide internal training in Healthcare Domain * Production of User Acceptance Documents and Checklists in support of Alpha & Beta programs * Advise / support Product Support on functional and MIS issues (consultancy, documentation review, etc.) * Estimate scope and effort for external funded projects * Provide expertise in niche areas of Healthcare * Perform Specification, Design, Testing, and Documentation of the development projects related needs. * Functional testing of new developments / releases * Initiate and lead user focus groups. Job Requirements: Academic and professional qualifications
*Successful completion of a Bachelor's Degree or relevant Business/Banking experience.
