Due to ourgrowth, we need to add another Sr. Business Analysts to Healthcare Team. This is an exciting opportunity with lots of potential for growth! THIS IS A TRAVEL ASSIGNMENT working on Perficient projects. Most assignments are Monday-Thursday, with Perficient flying you back home each week. Ideal candidates will have the following:(MUST HAVE EXTENSIVE HEALTHCARE EXPERIENCE) * Extensive experience facilitating requirements sessions. * 7+ years experience working in a Business Analyst role. * Previous consulting experience is a huge BONUS. * Excellent interpersonal skills including good listening skills and good written and verbal skills. * Experience extracting requirements from users in a sometimes challenging environment. * Experience in writing Business Requirements and Software Requirements Specifications. * Self - Starter with good time management skills. * Experience creating Web Users Interface is a big plus. * Perficient does take care of all travel related expenses including weekly airfare, weekly hotels, meals, rental car, etc. In this position, the Sr. Business Analyst will lead requirements gathering sessions with small to medium size groups of Subject Matter experts and document the business requirements for future development work. Resource may also be required to do some HTML wireframe mockups.
This position is a full time position with Perficient.
