Position Summary:
Teletech's SVP of Information Technology has set out to find a career/business minded, eager, entry level technology professional that wants to directly learn alongside the IT executive for one of the largest global providers of transformational customer experience strategy, technology and business process outsourcing solutions. Consequently, the newly created Project Analyst at TeleTech represents an incredible and unique opportunity for a recent graduate to acquire hands on experience and learn how a real-world Information Technology business operates from the vantage point of directly supporting the SVP level. This opportunity will work at the center of a dynamic, growing, multi-tasking organization on a variety of important and often sensitive initiatives that require the attention of a person with a high level of intelligence.
The newly created Project Analyst position will advise and provide support on technology projects and initiative that impact the business on a global level. The Project Analyst will work as a liaison among the business unit stakeholders providing mission analysis, planning, business requirement validation and documentation, strategic initiatives as assigned, document design/development and overall ad-hoc support. The individual must have a high attention to detail, high energy and the flexibility to operate in a fast-paced global organization.
Supports the IT organization by performing analysis of business and user needs, prepares business cases, project scope documents, request for proposals and identifies opportunities for systems/process improvement and standardization.
Works alongside IT business leaders to prioritize and manage workflow while ensuring initiatives are getting the proper attention.
Formulates and defines project scopes, objectives and requirements utilizing business analysis tools.
Develops detailed work plans, assess project risk factors and suggests alternatives to mitigate or eliminate risk.
Develops quality deliverables which include system use cases, business process flows, business requirements, and functional requirements.
The Analyst will validate the delivered solutions meet the needs of the business and the expected results.
The Analyst will design and develop spreadsheets, forms, presentations, and maintain division organizational charts as directed.
Work across departments to accomplish, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting projects as instructed.
Assists in meeting planning and preparation of work.
Management and coordination of daily schedules and meetings.
Requirements
Entry to 2 years experience working within an information technology environment/department
Existing proficiency with business related systems (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.)
Strong communications, interpersonal, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple time sensitive initiatives
Excellent organizational skills, ability to set priorities, and work under pressure
Excellent proofing skills with strong attention to detail
Bachelor Degree in Information Technology/Systems or Computer Science or related field
