· Engages in peer-to-peer dialogue with clients about their industry and their situation · Builds strong rapport with clients creating respect and trust · Shapes and influences client attitudes to outcomes and key benefits for both the client and HP · Engages with client personnel as appropriate · Selects/customizes appropriate frameworks for delivery. · Facilitates sessions with business and technology representatives in order to design and/or modify various data warehouse models. · Demonstrates ability to provide thought leadership around data warehouse data structures · Demonstrates strong business and communication skills. Able to communicate in business terms and turn requirements into applicable data structures · Understands conceptual and logical database design fundamentals · Creates data models in a large scale data warehousing environment. · Demonstrate proficiency with both 3rd normal form and Star Schema data modeling techniques including snowflake schema, cube design, ODS and Dimensional or Aggregate structures. · Demonstrates experience with transaction based (OLTP) systems as well as data warehouses · Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge in modeling tools such as ERWIN and CA Model Mart
