Business Analyst Manager III
Title: Business Analyst Manager III Location: MYS-Bayan Lepas This manager position in the Transformation Reporting team of the Finance Transformation Organization will work with Dell reporting teams to deliver and support our finance reporting platforms (Data Warehouse based Business Intelligence reporting). In this role, the manager will gain an overall understanding of key financial reporting requirements, business controls, data stewardship, and project leadership skills. Individuals on this team are a mix of finance control stewards, project leads, and reporting analysts.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Manage and develop team to ensure alignment with broader global organization while delivering against global strategic initiatives and critical finance operations * Partner with Dell reporting and global accounting teams to understand current reporting dependencies as well as gather future financial reporting requirements * Work with other finance project teams (Smarts Replacement, Warranty Accounting, EBI 2.0 etc.) to ensure requirements are in line with broader finance objectives * Provide management communication statuses regarding global reporting project initiatives impacting the APJ region. * Produce business requirements documentation and assist with detailed systems/technical requirements documentation - ensure all financial reporting needs are covered * Work with I/T organization to ensure solution meets the needs of the business * Ensure team actively manages and maintains operational business controls * Assist in building a finance reporting governance model to support the new infrastructure * Develops and maintain strong business relationships with senior level business and I/T leaders. Team Management experience
8-10 years of related work experience in Finance, Business Controls, and/or Project leadership
Reporting, Data Warehousing, or Business Intelligence experience a plus
Advanced organizing and planning skills.
Experienced priority setting skill.
