Validate, Analyze and Correct benefit issues raised by the Quality Auditors. They will be completing updates to the system for Health Care Reform Changes. Technical Skills * Possess strong healthcre product knowledge and market structure * Be familiar with the following systems; NASCO, QBlue, EDI, PIBA * Be able to us the following systems and tools; NAEGS, BIFS, Benefit Highlights, TSO/BENF, Portals * Member and Provider/Navinet; SARS; Excel, Word * Prefer knowledge of ANSI Coding; 270/271 Transactions; EDI-PROD/EDI-UAT; Variable data; SQL Queries; Mainframe Datasets; Docuwise * Ability to learn how to use tools provided for end to end audit of benefits data in an efficient way * Ability to identify and track data correction trends Personal Skills * Track personal scheduled and unscheduled pool time and provide to supervisor * Track audits assigned, audits in progress and audits completed * share with supervisor daily * Review work load with supervisor * Coordinate with manager on any expenses incurred * Attend daily/weekly meetings with the team Looking for someone with strong data entry skills in a production type environment (coding, claim entry, etc).
