Business Analyst - PeopleSoft ProjectsTitle: Business Analyst - PeopleSoft Projects Location: null Other Locations: null CIBER is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to be focused on PeopleSoft projects within an IT Project Management Office (PMO). The Business Analyst focuses on identifying detailed requirements and specifications for internal projects. Responsibilities include: * Facilitate meeting with business users to capture requirements that affect PeopleSoft environment and estimate the work effort to complete. * Document business process changes with new functionality within PeopleSoft from upgrades or the implementation of new modules. * Translate informational needs into written project, process and policy requirements. * Drive the design, development and implementation of complete, maintainable and scalable processes and policies. * Facilitate business and technical meetings to fully understand and document process and policy requirements, issues, changes, etc. * Meets with the customers to document detailed specifications of the system requirements and work closely with the technical staff during construction. * Assists project managers with developing project task estimates. * Participates in user acceptance testing. * Ensures appropriate documentation is completed and retained. * Works with Project Manager to provide the necessary documentation so appropriate training can be delivered and appropriate procedure guides updated. * Works with stakeholders to ensure requirements are properly & clearly defined. * Application support, including issues resolution, QA testing, implementation support and change control. * Minimum of Five (5) years of experience using waterfall and agile methods of software delivery lifecycle (SDLC). * Strong background in PeopleSoft Fin/Supply Chain, especially AP, AR, GL, and Purchasing. * Experience with PeopleSoft HR modules including Self Service Modules is desired. * Well versed with all aspects of business analysis including requirements gathering, features development, work items list development, test plans, test cases, UAT, UAT results review etc. * Ability to work on multiple tasks and/or projects simultaneously. * Ability to work independently without supervision. * Must possess the ability to write clear, comprehensive business documents. * Must be able to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization. * Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or related field; Master's degree preferred.
