Our client, a leading retail giant is looking for a Business Analyst ( Consultant) with the following skills -
Must have:
Experience in full life-cycle solution delivery projects and program delivery
Highly competent and experienced in developing internal and/or external partnerships (and vendors) that leverage resources and improve responsiveness especially meeting deadlines
Exceptional collaboration, listening, written and verbal communication skills
Good judgment in understanding how to manage resource capacity especially working with a 3rd party vendor. Knowing when to escalate or provide creative recommendations to resource allocation.
Experience as a BSA gathering requirements and best practices implementing solutions with various web technologies
Passion for connecting people with community particularly in the ability to connect with the drivers and passions the team shares.
Experience, interest and adaptability to working in a Lean/Agile delivery environment
Successful track record dealing with executive level professionals to drive business outcomes and an advocate for the project
A consultancy approach to your work with ability to lead alongside the team.
Experience working with the creative agencies and product management
Commitment to collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
