Job Description:
Key Responsibilities - Analyze and define business requirements to identify new opportunities to improve Marketing Operations Management processes - Analyze business processes and data flows to identify process bottlenecks and provide visibility to data and insights into workflow improvements. - Manage ongoing training requirements (role-specific training based on staff turnover, group training for major releases and/or significant enhancements) - Oversee daily vendor relationship, manage vendor SOW's - Track issues through resolution (technical and business process, training, change management) - Configure software to meet business requirements - Document and communicate system changes/enhancements - Provide 1x1 deskside assistance as needed for user community
Knowledge - Skills & Abilities -Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to develop and publish professional quality user documentation, training guides, and email communications for distribution to a broad audience. -Strong problem solving/analytical skills and ability to build -Customer service orientation, sense of urgency, active listening, patience, ability to foster collaborative relationships -Manage and track a variety of tasks simultaneously (ability to manage multiple high priority tasks and meet tight deadlines). -Attention to detail and quality. Takes a methodical approach to troubleshooting and documenting issues, and performs follow-up testing to confirm resolution.
Basic Requirements - Bachelor's Degree required. - At least 4 years of experience in analysis, design, testing and implementation of new/improved processes/business applications- required - At least 2 years working in partnership with business users to assess process improvements and provide application solutions- required
