Short Description: The role of the Business Analyst HR function is to assess customer's business processes and requirements to plan, design, and implement detailed work tasks required to support project deliverables.
Responsibilities • Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, task and workflow analysis.
• Understand the customer's business requirements and process.
• Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources to develop functional requirements.
• Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and review the Business Requirements Documents and Functional Requirements as needed.
• Provide functional assistance to users; serve as subject matter expert for requirements, test planning and test execution for projects and enhancements
• Interface with technical team to deliver service to end customers
• Troubleshoot production issues and engage appropriate teams and individuals to address to meet customer needs.
• Drive business process implementation and improvements.
• Work independently with users to define concepts and under direction of project managers
• Serve as the conduit between the customer community (internal and external customers) and the software development team through which requirements flow.
• Develop requirements specifications according to standard templates.
• Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical solution.
• Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams
Position Requirements: • Collect and analyze project business requirements and transferring the same knowledge to development team.
• Evaluate data collected through task analysis, business process, surveys and workshops.
• Provide suggestions to the development team during the development stage of product to meet the client's business needs.
• Prepare accurate and detailed requirement specifications documents to support the functional specification documents. .Communicate effectively with external clients and internal teams to clarify functional requirements.
• Document the acquired results of analysis and workflows as well as obtaining sign-off from the appropriate client.
• Design and execute the test scripts and test scenarios.
• Manage any change requests related to the working project plans daily to meet the agreed deadlines.

Work Conditions • Extended hours may be required to meet project deadlines.
• 10 - 20% travel may be required.
Skills and Specifications • Strong understanding of SAP HR, with some knowledge of functional configuration
• Experience in end to end process design, process flows, functional specifications, test plans/scripts and training materials
• Advanced skills in Ms Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Strong in requirements analysis, gap/fit analysis, test planning and execution
