Job Description
Responsible for leading the Nexius sales and account management initiatives within assigned accounts. Complete responsibility for all revenue generation.
Develops the strategy, along with associated tactics for creating new business opportunities as well as where needed supporting all existing production activities within assigned accounts/territories.
Identifies new opportunities; applications for Nexius services, and provides input into Nexius delivery Organizations to assist the Company in furthering these efforts. This includes working closely with customer decision makers, delivery and any relevant /service end users.
Works closely with the leadership of each clients buying groups to address their business needs as well as create new requirements. Additionally strives towards ensuring pledged delivery dates are met while at the same time fortifying all of these important relationships.
Develops account strategies, along with associated tactics, that include establishing clear roles and advising specific activities of other Nexius team members (i.e. Sales Directors, Delivery, Operations) to not only meet, but exceed, the customer's expectations.
Execute a clearly defined business plan with the objective of advancing a sale to the close and fostering a long term business relationship with the customer.
Positions Nexius as the vendor/solution of choice.
Professionally prepares written documentation required for client presentations, RFP's and other documents as required.
Utilizes advanced business development skills to advance business, lead the sale and build business case(s). This includes detailed technical requirements analysis, cost versus technical benefit analysis and obtain customer agreement on financial payback determinations, and professional board room presentations to groups.
At a minimum successfully achieves predefined sales objectives.
Organizes and runs weekly business development meetings. Conducts regular reviews with delivery/partner team.
Works independently as a remote employee; is a self starter with good team work and great communications skills.
Regularly reports/presents detailed customer information for purposes of keeping company executives informed, as well as keeping customer contact and company data bases (including customer profiles) current.

8+ years experience in consulting/business development/sales.
Experience selling services to wireless operators.
Information Technology, Wireless Telecom and other related industry knowledge
Proven Track record in successfully achieving complex technology solution based sales and contract negotiations
Or equivalent combination of education and experience
