Title: BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE ANALYTICAL MGR Location: Georgia-AtlantaThe successful candidate for this position will have a banking background and significant experience within the consumer or small business line of business and leading a lending risk management, modeling or analytical or portfolio management group. They will have responsibilities that included interaction with executive banking management on the on-going risk, growth and profitability of the portfolios under their management. As a start up function, this candidate is also expected to have the technical skills above in order to perform some of the initial heavy lifting in the first solution delivered in order to build revenue prior to team expansion. Proficinet performing data analysis and manipulating data using SAS
15 yrs of banking experience perferred - in risk and portfolio management, small business or commercial experience preferred
15 years of work experience performing strategic and operational data analysis in industries that utilize credit data
Experience performing analysis with data directly supplied from a credit bureau
Experience on the vendor side creating analytics-based value propositions for clients
Superior presentation skills - with experience presenting to executive management and explaining/defending findings
Proven track record of leveraging data and using analytical methods to solve relevant business problems
Experience manipulating data in relational databases using SQL and other methods
