Business Intelligence Data/Reporting Specialist
Kelly IT Resources is seeking a full-time Business Intelligence Data/Reporting Specialist. Candidate will be responsible for a wide variety of data centric tasks, including reporting, data analysis, data transformation, and business intelligence. The position will require working with business to understand the way data is being used to help provide solutions such as reports and accurate data to support internal and external web applications.
REQUIRED SKILLS: 1. SSRS and Crystal experience and knowledge of reporting 2. Ability to transform and validate data using SSIS, or other ETL tools and methods 3. Ability to understand data, and how it can be used in various systems 4. Ability to pull together data into a data warehouse to be used in reporting and internal and external applications 5. Ability to design databases and understand relational database concepts 6. Experience in business intelligence and its role in business 7. Experience with Database Administration a plus 8. Strong analytical skills 9. Ability to work in Oracle and MSSQL, or other relational databases
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Assist in the creation of reports that help the business make better decisions 2. Ensure high quality data and integrity of data 3. Work with business to identify data related problems and solve them 4. Pull together data to be used in web applications 5. Work with web team to supplement applications with sound data 6. Interface with our primary business systems to extract and analyze business data
