Overall Accountabilities: The focus of the Business Intelligence Program Manager is to ensure superior and seamless delivery of business solutions to our clients. The Program Manager will manage the team that designs and offers Insight solutions; delivers propositions by cross-functional collaboration and develops a repeatable process for Insight's capabilities. The team's mandate is to review IFDS' planning processes, create new client propositions, and establish direct accountabilities. General Role & Responsibilities:
1. Product Delivery
Launch clients on IFDS Insight through seamless on-boarding
Coordinate clients' requirements for Insight product launch (core functionality) o Requirements are gathered for activation o UAT activation, testing & validation o Provide customers excellent service support & troubleshooting o Production activation, testing & validation o User IDS are created & distributed
Client's Training and Orientation needs are met
2. Service Delivery
Lead the formation of the professional services team
Coordinate knowledge transfer from vendor resources
Set the tone for IFDS Insight client experience
Represent IFDS and our Business Intelligence solution when meeting with clients
Respond to clients' needs for customization (content what and how )
Manage the team to create and publish new content or customize based on client's need
Monitor user activity such as long running queries and feedback loop for added value service
Facilitate knowledge about Insight to the organization
Support the Advanced User channel once launched
3. Product Development
Manage the ongoing development, test and deployment of our Business Intelligence and solution product roadmap
Manage deliver with high data quality, performance and end user experience
Balance resources, client requirements while delivering high valued functionality
Take ownership of the end-to-end client experience; ensure what is delivered meets the original intent/client needs
Monitor product integrity as our products evolve through enhancements
Competencies: (Behavioral and Functional)
Critical Requirements:
Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing or computer-related discipline combined with related work experience within Investment, Information Technology or Business Operations organization
3+ years of software marketing/product management experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to delivery presentations and create accurate reports
Ability to build customer confidence, solicits ideas and opinions from customers internally and externally
Problem solving - able to break down problems into smaller components; understanding the difference between critical details & unimportant facts
Knowledgeable in financial services and IFDS technology & services
Able to meet tight deadlines and demonstrates ability to impact, listen and influence others and values opinions
Promotes a team atmosphere, shares information and ideas with others; has good listening skills
