Description
Key Role: Design, develop, implement, test, and maintain the data model, Universes, queries, reports, and dashboards using Business Objects XI 3, Web Intelligence, Crystal Reports, Dashboard Manager, Performance Manager, Set Analysis, and Xcelcius. Work closely with the data architect and infrastructure and database resources. Maintain responsibility for making architectural recommendations about the Business Objects environment in order to optimize the system and guarantee successful evolutions.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications: -3 years of experience with any BI tool, including Cognos, Microsoft BI, Actuate, Hyperion/Brio, or Oracle Data Warehouse tools -Experience with business intelligence and data warehousing required -TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph required -HS diploma or GED required
Additional Qualifications: -Experience with report design and development -Experience with full system life cycle development -Experience with Extract, Load, Transform Tool -Experience with Crystal Reports -Experience with using OLAP Intelligence and Crystal Analysis Professional -Experience with BO Universes -Experience with Dashboarding and Xcelsius -Experience with Web Intelligence (Webi) -Experience with the implementation of Business Objects and Crystal object development and testing -Knowledge of Business Objects toolset capabilities -Knowledge of general Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence concepts and apply them to development and support efforts -Ability to participate in user requirements gathering and documentation designs -Ability to assist with the implementation of Crystal and Business Objects tools against other data warehouse and data mart architectures to support analytical reporting or metrics analysis
