Overview:
Under general supervision and with minimal assistance from more experienced and knowledgeable programmer analysts, develops, modifies, and implements moderately complex information systems that are thorough and accurate and conform to MST standards. Translates customer requirements, recommending system solutions and formulating detailed specifications from which programs are written. Codes, tests, debugs, and documents assignments of moderate complexity. Independently researches and resolves moderately complex technical problems. An intermediate level technical contributor in one or more specialized phases of application system analysis and programming with developing business application knowledge. May serve as primary system support for one or more moderately complex information systems.

Key Accountabilities
Macy's had an exciting opportunity for a mid-level Business Objects Crystal Report developer.
The ideal candidate will join a team of developers using Agile methodologies to deliver quick high impact software that supports the business.
The candidate must have extensive experience building complex reports against large databases.
Skills Summary:
3-5 years Business Objects Crystal Report Development.
5-7 years working with SQL Server 2005-2008 writing TSQL procedures.
3 Years .Net Experience (C#, web pages).
Strong communication both written and verbal are essential
Extensive experience working with or supporting non-technical business users
Must be a self starter
Must be able to participate in business requirements gathering and analysis
3-5 years working with Crystal Reports XI R2/R3
Experience working with SSAS and Waterfall/Agile project management is a plus.
