Job Description
This primary role of this individual is to provide support for Medical Products Sales Force Automation Tools (SFA) i.e. Siebel On Premise, , TAS Dealmaker, etc The candidate will have extensive interaction with Sales Executives, Sales Management, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Program Managers, Contract Management and other Business Functions.
Member of the Sales Force Automation Team supporting Medical Products CRM Tools with a user community of approximately 750+. Goal is to become the Subject Matter Expert on our CRM Tools.
Managing Day to Day Support Issues that come into the CRM Hotline. Work with MP IT to provide timely resolution. Ownership of all technical and performance issues.
Gathering /Understanding Business Requirements. Building knowledge of the business and its processes and making recommendations that provide value to the business. Helping Sale Management in utilizing the CRM Tool to formulate Customer strategies and tactics
Work on prioritized CRM Project Teams ( Migration Projects, Enhancement Projects) and deliver on commitments made to the business
Providing Insights to the Business utilizing CRM Tools
Participate in Process innovation in order to develop solutions, efficiencies, achieve results and enhance customer relationships
Supporting other Business Sales Automation Tools ( Eg. TAS Dealmaker )
Second Level Training to the CRM User Community
Work with the Business in attaining targeted compliance to the CRM Tools
Communicating CRM News & Announcements, New Releases and Release testing
Creation, control and ownership of all CRM SFA Training Documents
Job Requirements

•Candidate must have excellent organization skills, is focused on customer satisfaction, and provides timely and accurate results.
•Dedication to exceeding customer requirements
•Knowledge of the business, products and sales structures is extremely helpful.
•Ability to work in cross-functional organization including sales, marketing, operations, finance
•Experience with Sales Force Automation Tools like and Siebel On Premise is a big plus
•Strong Business Process Orientation
•MS Office proficient
Bachelor's degree with 1-4 years of experience. Sales Force Automation Tool Experience and Customer Support experience is a big plus.
