City North York State / Province ON Country Canada Job Description MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for supporting the Strategic & Major Account Sales Team in penetrating accounts by conducting workflow and TCO studies (DOCutivity Assessments), provide RFP information & contribution, account strategy reviews and input, branch knowledge transfer training support, assessment planning: scope & SOW development Also, work closely with the Alliance and Strategic Partner team to broaden Consulting Services value proposition in vertical marketplace Leverage RCI Consulting Services value proposition to provide revenue contribution to DS&S national revenue targets Identify areas for workflow modification and enhancement continuous process improvement & optimization services beyond the scope of typical TCO assessments Report all customer site study (DOCutivity) findings to the Account Management Team and the Client Assist in solution design and planning and provide consultative services and analysis including ROI and "Best Practices" within the industry to internal and external customers Required to contribute to executive presentation content development and delivery which may require contribution in C-Level presentations Maintain a calendar / activity database of scheduled and completed audits, as well as DOCutivity portfolio development Contribute to client success stories POSITION REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION: Industry related training and recognized certifications (technical or sales related) Post-secondary (undergraduate, tech degree, diploma or certificates) EXPERIENCE: A minimum of 3-4 years' experience working in a sales, analyst, support or consulting role. SKILLS: Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with proven ability to conduct professional interview and qualification skills; must be a tactful, outgoing and professional communicator. Ability to provide error free work within tight deadlines and strict expectations. Advanced excel and MS office application skills with an analytical mindset. Exceptional multi-tasking and time management skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Working knowledge of IT industry applications, networking and device connectivity. Knowledge of document centric technologies: scanning, printing and document management. OTHER: Maintain knowledge of all Ricoh Product, Solution and Software offerings and competitive technology solutions. Must demonstrate initiative and be able to anticipate the needs of RCI's Account Mgmt Teams Microsoft or CompTIA professional certifications (i.e. MCP or A+, N+ CDIA+) Business travel would be required on occasion (% of time TBD).
