Including: Department budgeting Headcount planning and resourcing Quality metrics Project management Cognos Skills/Experience Experience working and understanding technical concepts, IC package engineering experience a plus Strong analytical skills Strong Microsoft application skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project) Ability to learn quickly and work well in team environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills and organizational skills Should be able to attend technical meeting and rexognize potential problems Comprehensive understanding of project mangement concepts, including a strong understanding of project tracking, planning and budgeting Responsibilities This person will be responsible for all budgeting activities for the department including capital, NRE, Headcount and operating expenses. Responsible for planning the budget, tracking actuals and looking for opportunities for savings to meet budget targets. Responsibilies also include using MS Project to track multiple projects from start to completion and communicating delays to the team. Several systems such as Cognos and sourcing e2e systems will need to be learned to help maintain data for the department.
