Title: Business Senior Analyst Location: IND-Bangalore · Engage with international teams primarily thru remote means. · Clearly understand business needs and development requests. · Identify data owners / sources & liaise for access · Help convert raw data to usable and manageable information. · Use data to come up with intelligent and usable recommendations for business problems & issues. · Demonstrate Project Management skills: time/effort mgmt, making and keeping commitments, progress tracking and reporting. · Create & make presentations to explain problems, approach, solution and progress report to clients. · Identify opportunities for clients to make significant business impact thru projects. · Able to produce ancillary results that surprise and delight internal customers. · Ability to deal with ambiguity with respect to final results and design work required to instantiate them · Command skills & Decision making in ambiguous situations · MBA from a premier Management institute preferably with an Engineering background. · Post qualification relevant work experience of 3 - 5 years preferably as an analyst or process lead with a reputed organization, preferably in the Contact Centre domain. · Expert working knowledge of MS Excel & MS Power Point · Elementary understanding of Statistical Concepts, Tools · Project Management skills · Fundamental understanding of Relational Database Architecture and SQL Basics; preferring an ability to make elementary Db queries if in a pinch.
