Business Senior Analyst - Cost Management
Title: Business Senior Analyst - Cost Management Location: TX-Round Rock The Service Desk Cost Management Business Analyst will be responsible for tracking spend and activity across service desk delivery centers around the world, evaluating ratios of resources and spend against demand and activity, and estimating cost of new projects or project changes.
The Business Analyst will work with project sponsors, pursuit teams, and delivery managers from various countries, validating Serivice Desk delivery requirements against a general catalog of capabilities, and modeling the solution cost over the project time-horizon.
The Business Analyst will also support business case development efforts, evaluating the return on investment for cost improvement projects, technology deployments, and other initiatives that affect delivery cost structure. The Business Analyst should be:
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel * Familiar with Service Desk or contact center operations and typical performance measures (2-4 years experience in contact center measurement) * Able to compile and validate cost models, budgets, and forecasts (1-2 years experience with cost modeling, estimating, or budget management * Able to communicate results effectively to a wide range of stakeholders (demonstrated experience in delivering financial analysis or project results)
