The Global Master Data Management Group is initiated last year to define master data setup, manage data Integration and ensure data management in this diverse environment.

The global Master Data Management Group will safeguard data quality and consistency throughout Philips Healthcare on an ongoing basis. It will
. define data standards and policy's,
. communicate and enforce them
. measure data quality,
. set targets and follow up results.
This global group will be the Subject Matter Experts on Data standards, usage and measurements and will provide the company the crucial information to enable business intelligence and decision support information, as well as being a knowledgeable partner in business changes and projects.

For the EMEA region, the global MDM team is looking for new member to manage our global Master Data that is self driven, motivated to work in a complex global environment and has to ability to drive different stakeholders to decisions.

Your Responsibilities:
As a professional member of the Healthcare Master Data Management group you are monitoring master data for regional and global applications and supporting business processes for data standardization, consistency and quality. You are participating in implementation projects representing Master Data Mgt and also in integration projects, guiding data migration activities.
Due to recent restructuring of the Healthcare organization there is plenty of opportunity for self development and shaping of your role.

Key areas of responsibility are:
. Interfaces with key business partners and IT ensuring business needs are continually met.
. Partners in design, test and implementation of new business systems and policies; defines data elements for new or changed applications and maps data elements across the enterprise.
. Troubleshoots complex master data issues and other master data related business problems.
. Participates in project roll-outs and provides counseling and guidance to developers during application development.
. Leads, manages and completes data conversion efforts.
. Provides training for functional business users as required.
. Ensure compliance with security policies, internal control standards, Group Data Management, procedures and "best practices".
Key objectives are improved effectiveness and business value of internal IT solutions and improved quality of information, both being driven by quality of Master Data.

Your Profile:
. You have a bachelor degree in a Technical Discipline, Business, Operations Mgmt., Manufacturing or related field.
. You possess a minimum of five (5) years of working experience as a SAP consultant or SAP project member in a large multi-national, multi divisional company.
. Experience in IT and (project) management, preferably with data management processes, data quality management and data quality improvement projects in a complex global environment;
. Fluent in English, verbal and in writing.
. Experience in a number of the following areas: SAP ERP ECC 5.0 or higher, SAP MDM, data quality tools (like Informatica, Trillium or other ETL tools), SAP BI, SAP CRM.
. Black Belt or Green belt certification is a preference.
