Description: • This position is for a strong functional analyst who can successfully participate on PeopleSoft support team. • The person will provide functional analysis for the PeopleSoft version 9.x Financial suite of modules including Contracts, Project Cost, Billing, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger. • The position involves developing requirements and functional design documents, analyzing financial data, testing system changes, creating and updating user procedures and training manuals, configuring PeopleSoft system tables, supporting on-call and developing user reports with Query, nVision and Crystal tools.
Qualifications: • PeopleSoft 8.x or above experience, Contracts, Project Cost, Billing, Accounts Receivable or General Ledger. • Peopletools reporting (Query, Nvision, Crystal) and accounting experience. • BS/BA in Accounting with a minimum of 5 years experience required in PeopleSoft Financials systems.
Preferred Additional Skills: • Work well in a team environment with other functional team members and technical developers. • Be able to provide leadership in areas of expertise to other developers. • Be able to resolve problems of medium complexity independently and quickly through troubleshooting and analysis. • Seeks innovative solutions and suggestions to help optimize financial system. • Information Systems experience preferred. • Must be able to work directly with system users. • PFA experience advantageous.
