UML or comparable modeling experience is also required. * Strong testing background in all aspects of the testing life cycle. * Experience in conducting vendor assessment and evaluating software packages and working with application vendors and system integrators on Request for Information/Request for Proposals. * BA/BS in CS or related field - MBA or MS a plus.
