This job reports to the Seth Hardin Relocation is not provided and travel is not required. This is a Full-Time position, working 1st Shift . Job Skills/Requirements Excellent analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills. Strong written and verbal communications. Ability to self-prioritize across multiple projects to meet deadlines. Ability to operate efficiently and calmly during high stress situations. Ability to elicit client confidence in solution delivery. Ability to document processes, develop best practices procedures, and support change management as processes evolve. Ability to collaborate with Product Development & Product Management in support of product delivery. Ability to identify pricing and revenue opportunities, technological and process innovations. Ability to write moderately complex queries in SQL. Prior experience a distinct advantage, but otherwise must be ble to learn on the job. Ability to create and utilize simple macros and scripts (in Microsoft Office and a Unix shell, as needed). Initiative to proactively and unilaterally identify process improvements and tools that would increase accuracy and efficiency.
Familiarity with PeopleSoft, SAP other HRIS systems a distinct advantage. Familiarity with commercial mapping software or ETL tools an advantage. Familiarity with statistical analysis and/or formal quality assurance programs an advantage.
2 4 years previous experience in a BSA role
Additional Information/Benefits All benefits are effective on the 29th day of employment with the exception of tuition reimbursement and STD, which is effective after 90 days of employment.
