Commercial Operations
Your Responsibilities: Problem Resolution . Work to resolve system issues/incidents communicated by the Business Center community.
Project Management . Lead and/or participate in process improvement, integration and new functionality projects. . Status Tracking and Reporting . Issue and Risk Management
New Functionality / Change Request (CR) . Gather and document requirements . Complete all required forms, submissions and monitor progress . Work design & development with IT . Develop test scripts for System Integration Testing (SIT) testing . Perform System Integration Testing (SIT) . Communicate and document User Acceptance Test plans, schedules and test cases . Communicate and document implementation plans and schedules . Manage implementation . Document required process and/or technical changes . Develop and implement user training
Processes and Documentation . Create and/or review all business and/or quality process additions, changes and deletions . Incorporate Business System additions, changes and deletions into department process documentation. (Work instructions, process flow and technical documents) . Advise and communicate any Business System implications
Reporting . Develop and maintain standard reporting . Create Ad Hoc Reporting as needed per requester specifications and agreed upon dates.
Communication . Interface with Business Center and other business partners to understand the GSSNA business needs and insure they are met . Communicate current and upcoming events that will impact the Business Center users . Facilitate bi-monthly technical information meetings with applicable Business Center personnel
Your Profile: 5-7 yrs exp Bus Analyst or college degree master degree a plus
