BVS Business System Analyst
Title: BVS Business System Analyst Location: TX-Round Rock BSA role assisting the cross-functional core teams to develop and introduce products and solutions to our customers with the right features, customer experience, quality, schedule, cost, continuity of supply, and sales volumes/financials. This role would participate as part of the core team through definition/requirements, planning, development, and launch in their respective initiative with the initiatives varying throughout the Marketing, Sales, and Fullfillment lifecycles.
Principal duties and responsibilities include: * Lead cross-functional core teams and drive execution across all product development functions in areas around Business Requirements and Design * Become a trusted advisor and process expert in your functional area of the Sales lifecycle * Prepare and present clear, concise deliverables Senior Management. * Be a thought leader regarding project solutions and designs. * Assist in the development and implementation of long-term strategic planning objectives.
Qualifications: * Strong leadership and organization skills. * Self-motivated individual. * Strong written/verbal communication and executive presentation skills. Strong business acumen. Drive for results. * Ability to learn and understand business needs quickly. * Experience and knowledge of product development lifecycle processes and management * Experience in requirements gathering and design sessions including JAD workshops and deep process design discussions * Strong initiative and ability to work in a self-directed environment. Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment. * Ability to present clear and concise information * Experience working in cross-functional teams with internal and external customers. * Ability to analyze, set priorities, and solve complex problems. * Ability to deal with ambiguity. * Ability to build strong relationships with business partners * Understands Dell business model and translates actions to meet the business goals. * Advanced facilitation and communication skills * 5 years of professional experience (3 years directly related to I/T or functional area) or equivalent combination of education/experience. Dell experience is a plus.
