Job Description: Our Client is looking for a C#/C++ developer to help their Core/Product Development Team. This person will be focused on the Workforce Management portion of their Retail Solution which handles Payroll, Scheduling, Forecasting, Labor/Demand and other back-end processing s developer will be responsible for making enhancements to the clients Retail Management product. Most of the work that they will be doing will be working with the back-end, processing engines. They will be responsible for developing tools and enhancements that will allow the developers on the services team to more easily customize the Retail Product for customers. They are looking to make the product more saleable and lower the involvement and time spent by the Core/Product s developer will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and bug-fixes for the 30+ customers currently using the product. Additional Job Info: Experience working with large scale systems will be important due to the client having customers with 1000 business units (stores) and 500 employees per business unit (store). Experience working with logistics or math would be a plus. Experience working in retail prior to doing IT would be good experience to have.
