    The Opportunity:

We are always seeking high-energy, hardworking employees. This Project Manaager will be responsible for coordination of all aspects of system and program implementation and maintenance as assigned. Focus will include internal and external or client facing solutions and shall not be limited any one area or function within the organization.

    Responsibilities:
    • Participate in the coordination and oversight of multiple short-term and long-term programs and projects
    • Execute against project to meet agreed upon outcomes, milestones, and deadlines
    • Identify any issues and red flag that may affect timeline or ability to meet set objectives
    • Actively participate in the evaluation and improvement of internal processes and procedures
    • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including all administrative tasks and sites involved in the project
    • Coordinate activities and resources for projects that impact multiple departments or for multiple projects.
    • Write or edit work flow processes and procedures
    • Participate, as a subject matter expert, in training initiatives to educate employees on systems, programs or processes
    • Participate in data gathering and cleansing activities as a means to design, implement, and maintain identified systems (i.e., applicant tracking, learning management, vendor management, client relationship management, etc.)
    • Obtain and review with the Program Manager any identified performance metrics
    • Prepare information and materials to update stakeholders on a project's status
    • Other projects and duties as assigned
    Requirements:
    • 3 years of experience in a professional office environment
    • Proven experience working with a variety of stakeholders
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Ability to multi-task and manage flow of projects
    • Ability to work under pressure while still meeting deadlines and objectives
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Bachelor's Degree required
