Change Management Coordinator (Sports Media/Graphics/Web/IT)

Change Management Coordinator (Sports Media/Graphics/Web/IT)

Responsibilities:

  • Review all RFC (Request for Change) submitted for quality; ensure record accuracy and completeness
  • Identify change scheduling conflicts and potential impact to other changes
  • Set CAB (Change Advisory Board) meeting dates, maintain the Change Calendar and facilitate twice weekly CAB meetings
  • Update changes according to CAB meetings and close out records as needed using the service management tool
  • Monitor change records post-implementation to ensure updates are completed appropriately and timely per Change Management Policy
  • Act in a supportive role to other IT and Business members involved in the change
  • Interface directly with RFC initiators, approvers, and implementers as needed

    REQUIREMENTS:

  • General knowledge of IT computing environments, process and systems based on working experience in the IT Field
  • Knowledge of Change Management methodologies
  • Personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
  • Clear and effective written, and verbal communication skills
  • Effectively work with others. You must be able to adjust interpersonal approach to individuals and situations as needed
  • Demonstrate commitment to identifying and communicating innovative ideas to improve processes and performance
  • Ability to work independently with little management direction
  • Must have 2+ years working in an IT organization
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
  • Flexible work hours may be required; off-hours calls will sometimes occur

    DESIRED QUALITIES:

  • Four year college degree in IT related field or equivalent work experience
  • Working Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Experience gathering data, compiling information and preparing statistical and trend analysis reports
  • Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments
  • Work experience with service management systems
  • ITIL v2 or v3 Foundation Certification
  • SAS70 and SOX compliance requirement experience
