Analysts familiar with operating US Army system CIDNE (Combined Information Data Network Exchange) in support of an enhanced Counter IED effort in Afghanistan. CIDNE is CENTCOM directed reporting tool within Iraq and Afghanistan. CIDNE serves the primary bridge between disparate communities who might not otherwise share data by providing a standardized reporting framework across intelligence and operations disciplines. This common framework allows structured operational and intelligence information to be shared vertically and horizontally as part of flexible, user-defined workflow processes that collect, correlate, aggregate and expose information as part of the end-user's individual information lifecycle requirements.
This full time position located in Afghanistan is contingent upon award of the task order which is anticipated by the end of August.
Qualifications
- Able to quickly and accurately enter data on relevant IED incidents, personnel, device or exploitation analysis into the CIDNE system. - Operator must have a high level of proficiency operating, maintaining and trouble shooting database software tools.
- Candidates must be capable of operating effectively as a member of a small team supporting deployed units in country.
- Units supported range from Regional Command HQs BCT/RCT/MEB/MEU/Coalition BDE to a tactical battalion.
- Analyst must be prepared to operate in hostile area/combat zone for extended periods with minimal support.
Government will provide pre-deployment and theater specific training/orientation, Basing, Force Protection.
Desired: College Degree [Bachelor's or Associates] preferred, experience can be substituted. Experience with CIDNE preferred Clearance: Current eligibility for (TS/SCI) Sensitive Compartmentalized Information, based on favorable adjudication to DCID 6/4 standards based on an SSBI/SBPR completed within the last 4 years

Salary Range: Highly competitive total compensation package. Salary component negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
