Responsible for programming solutions to help support and maintain existing applications as well as programming new enhancements and features for those applications. This position will work with, and directed by, other senior members of the team to help develop new applications to support the business.
Responsibilities • Develops application fixes in a complex, real-time environment. Identifies what the issue is and determines the best solution to resolve the issue. • Develops new features and enhancements to current applications, and developing new applications. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Able to develop design specifications and documentation for new applications. • Could be solely responsible for interaction with the business in understanding requirements, designing solutions, developing specifications and supervising others in completing that work to achieve business benefit for small to medium efforts. Responsible for reporting directly to the Manager of Client Applications on the status and progress of development work. • Develops new applications to help support the business. • Responsible for promptly answering and resolving support related emails, phone calls, and other electronic communications. • Responsible for interaction with business users impacted by the application that they are supporting, enhancing or developing.
Requirements 3 - 5 years experience working with web applications utilizing all of the following technologies - . NET (VB or C#), TSQL, ASPX /HTML/JS/ CSS Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a varied, fast paced environment. Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized.
