We seek a Client Care technical Support Analyst for our Client Care Group at our IA Systems office Albany, NY location. As an IA Systems/Open Solutions Technical Analyst, you will: * Will need to re-create reported issues/conditions on test database * Use remote access tools or VPN to dial into financial institution * Write scripts using SQL to analyze bank data * Write scripts to update and correct data when appropriate * Submit system bugs and enhancements to development for correction * Interact with the Development Group relative to system issues and enhancements * Provide after-hours pager support on a rotating basis for emergency issues * Provide excellent client support through excellent communications, responsive follow-through, and advocacy for client issues to internal departments. Required Skills
To qualify for this position, you must have: * An Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience * At least two to five years of customer service and/or call center experience * Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills * The ability to keep sensitive information confidential * Strong research and problem-solving skills * Strong work ethic * Ability to multi-task and be flexible * Have a 'team player' approach to the workplace * Familiarity with Microsoft Office products * Experience in SQL, XML, Crystal Reports and or Adobe Associates.
