Client/SMB Technical Support Specialist
Title: Client/SMB Technical Support Specialist
Location: MYS-Bayan Lepas
. Provide over the phone diagnosis, trouble-shooting and resolution of computer systems within the scope of service.
. Maintain accurate call logging and tracking of communications and service activities into company database.
. Analyze and articulate complex issue in a simplified and easy to understand manner.
. Understand and communicate the right expectations of service deliverables to the various stakeholders.
. Handle outstanding service requests and follow-up with customer for closure.
. Escalation of issues to the relevant experts or authorities to obtain acceptable resolutions.
. Possess good people and communication skills.
. Has the ability to work in a diverse environment and service international customers.
. Identify opportunities to upsell products and services as per customer needs.
. Degree in Computer Science / IT related discipline with at least 1 year related working experience.
. Advance Diploma/Diploma holders in Computer Science/IT related discipline with a minimum of 3 years working experience in providing direct support to end-users either in customer service, field support or corporate service desk.
. Strong understanding and technical knowledge of computer system such as desktop and laptop.
. Those with professional certification from Microsoft Windows/XP/Vista/Office will have an added advantage.
. Able to work rotating shifts including 24x7.
. Speak, read and write proficiently in English.
