Ministry very rarely has Programmer opportunities available, and this role is an integral part of our Clinical Informatics team.
Due to the clinical nature of our applications, we do seek someone that has some hospital and/or healthcare experience, but it is not mandatory. We are looking for someone with strong skills in SQL, JAVA, and C# programming who is able to adjust quickly to our fast paced, healthcare environment. In this role, you will help support Centricity, our main hospital information system (HIS) located at Ministry St. Joseph's Hospital and Ministry Saint Clare's Hospital. After the orientation process, we would expect the incumbent in this position to be able to design and develop blaze rules for the Centricity application and maintain support documentation for the blaze rules. While the technical knowledge for this position is certainly important, we are also looking for an outgoing and customer service driven employee to help Ministry deliver on Our Promise.
