Contract Term: 6 months to indefinite
Pay Rate: $25.00 to $33.00 per hour (W-2) or up to approximately $68,000 per year
Role: Analyze, design, develop, and maintain applications, including ones of large size and complexity, for an existing software system in a COBOL environment.
Duties:
Analyze end-user needs to identify project requirements and design an effective solution.
Design, write, test, and implement new programs and modifications to existing programs.
Write technical and related end-user documentation.
Debug, solve, test, and implement changes to program errors.
Assist Current Systems Support and Client Support departments as needed.
Required:
Senior level of competency with 5+ years of professional application development experience related to the duties listed above.
3+ years of professional development experience with COBOL.
