Key functions and responsibilities include:
1. Recruiting businesses to make energy efficient upgrades 2. Conducting energy audits/surveys 3. Field inspection of energy efficiency projects 4. Provide technical review of applications for program incentives, particularly the engineering analysis of energy savings and cost estimates associated with energy projects; technical approval of measures; verification and inspection of project installations. 5.
