Communications Specialist 2 Phantom Works
This is an entry level position on the Phantom Works & Strategic Growth Communications team primarily supporting the organizations Internal Communications initiatives. Responsibilities will include producing material that covers the gamut of today internal media from executive leadership messages, to blog postings, to digital media and video stories. This position will ultimately be responsible for the daily execution of an employee-engagement strategy that connects the entire Phantom Works team with the organizations mission and business objectives, drives understanding of the company strategy, leverages Phantom Works activities and progress for internal communications at the Defense, Space & Security (BDS) and Boeing levels, and promotes a close tie between the teams everyday work and the customers they serve.

General knowledge of Boeing interactive and multimedia software and web applications to produce occupation related products.

Typical Education/Experience
Bachelor's degree and typically 3 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

The position requires a person with substantial self initiative; the day-to-day duties and responsibilities of this position will be somewhat dependent upon the skill, attitude and personality of the successful candidate.
